To confirm your appointment, a 30% deposit of the total balance is required. This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final balance on your service day.

Cancellation Policy ✂️

Cancellations: Must be done at least 48 hours in advance.
Less than 48 hours notice results in loss of your deposit.
24-Hour Notice / No-Show: You may be required to pay 50% of the service cost before rebooking.
Rescheduling: Allowed once, with at least 48 hours notice. Your deposit transfers to the new date.

Mobile Service & Travel 🚗

We can come to you! Travel fees depend on the distance from our location. No travel fee is required if you visit our home studio.

Within 5 Miles: £10
5-10 Miles: £15 to £18
10+ Miles: £20+

Pro Tip: Book at least one week in advance for long-distance appointments for better rates.

Group Booking Bonus: One travel fee covers all clients at the same address.
