We’ve answered some of the most common questions about our products, orders, and policies below.


 1. What products do you sell?
We offer a wide range of beauty products and accessories for both adults and kids including hair extensions, wigs, braids, crochets, skincare, haircare products, and beauty accessories. We also provide professional hair styling and makeup services.


2. What is your return policy?
We value your satisfaction, but for hygiene and safety reasons, our return policy depends on the type of product. Eligible for Return:
• Hair extensions, braids, crochets, and wigs can only be returned if they are damaged upon delivery.
• Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order and provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage. 

• Once the item is verified as damaged, you’ll receive a refund or replacement. 


Not Eligible for Return:

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded: 

• Haircreams, conditioners, shampoos, leave-in conditioners, hair oils, relaxers, braid jam, hair placenta, Vaseline, and any other liquid or cream-based products. 

• Hairbonnets, brushes, combs, and hair accessories for kids. All liquid and cream-based products are carefully packed to avoid damage during shipping.  


3. Can I cancel my order?
• Before dispatch: You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service team immediately.
• After dispatch: Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded unless it arrives damaged (see return policy). 


 4. How long does it take to receive my refund?

 Once your return or duplicate payment has been verified and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7working days. 


5. How can I track my order? 

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text message. You can use this number to track your order online and monitor its delivery progress. 


6. What if my order hasn’t arrived on time? 

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. If your order appears to be delayed, please contact our Customer Service Team with your order number, and we’ll assist you in tracking it and provide updates. 


7. What payment methods do you accept? 

We currently accept credit and debit card payments only. 


8. What if I accidentally made a double payment?

If you notice you’ve been charged twice for the same order, please contact us immediately with proof of the duplicate payment (such as a bank statement or transaction screenshot). Once verified, we’ll issue a refund within 5–7working days.

10. How do I make sure I order the right item? 

Please read each product’s description carefully before making a purchase. We provide clear, honest details so you know exactly what you’re ordering. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products purchased by mistake or change of mind.
